10/20-Year Level Term
With 10-Year or 20-Year Level Term Life Insurance, premium remains level for the initial term under the plan, and will not increase during the initial term due to your age or health status.

Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)* insurance is designed to provide you financial protection in the event of a significant injury or death due to an accident.
*Does not include payment for certain losses as described in more detail in your certificate. Specific information pertaining to your insurance can be obtained by contacting your benefits administrator.
